They come in four sizes, 3 depths and two finishes. The finishes include Silver Anodised for high quality at a standard price or hard anodised for a surface thats twice as hard as stainless steel. Both finishes use the same highly conductive base alloy which enhances caramelisation to produce wonderfully rich flavours.
