The decisive feature of the WMF Ceramill mills is the Crushgrind grinding mechanism made of high-grade ceramics, a high-tech material. Crushgrind is the worldwide protected designation for this grinding mechanism.
Ceramics is a natural material which is very hard; therefore it is nearly abrasion-resistant and extremely durable (10 years guarantee).
These mills are very easy to use.
To fill the mill remove the plug, fill and attach plug again - finished!
There are no bothersome rods. The grinding level can be changed by turning the adjusting wheel at the bottom of the mill. Coarse/fine is indicated through dots of different sizes. The mills are absolutely corrosion-free, which makes it best suitable for salt; neutral in flavour and food-safe; also grinds dried and crushed spices
