Foodie break on offer in Corfu
Many home cooks will no doubt feel they could benefit from the expertise of a Michelin-starred chef - and now they are being given the opportunity to do just that.
Adam Simmons has joined forces with Health Matters 360 to offer an extra special seven-night trip to Corfu, where they will learn recipes direct from the chef himself.
He will also be on hand to offer nutritional guidance that can then be adapted into a healthy eating routine.
Nutritional expert Jenny Tschiesche will be joining the world-class chef and will even cater for participants who have special food issues including diabetes, high blood pressure and intolerances.
It was recently suggested by nutrition consultant Dr Carina Norris that people should eat a Mediterranean diet if they are hoping to become healthier, mainly for the amount of fruit and vegetables it contains.
She acknowledged that they help to protect against cancer and heart-related problems.
