Diet has an impact on those struggling to sleep
Anyone who experiences problems with sleeplessness should consider what foods they are eating before bed, one article has suggested.
By substituting fatty or sugary produce for alternatives, the Daily Comet indicated that people will really find it has a positive impact on their sleeping habits.
For example, it recommended that home cooks get their hands on some almonds, as they contain magnesium to promote muscle relaxation and sleep.
Decaffeinated teas may also have a positive impact, the article said, with the likes of camomile and green tea among the most effective at helping the body and mind to wind down.
Other recommended foods included bananas, miso soup and even hard-boiled eggs.
Scientists at St Andrews and Bristol universities recently claimed that eating foods with high pigmentation - such as carrots - makes people appear more attractive.
Plums were also found to be a food associated with attractiveness and healthiness.
