Digital Probes and Thermometers In this section you will find our range of digital probes, cooking thermometers and meat thermometers. You will find thermometers suitable for most culinary tasks. We recommend the range of food probes from CDN. They offer a wide range of cooking thermometer and timers. There are two main types of thermometer for meat, ones that probe the meat to get a temperature reading and those that stay in the meat whilst it is in the oven. Personally we recommend the CDN Probe that stays in the meat whilst cooking and can be preset to audibly alert you when the meat is cooked to your chosen taste. These are particularly useful if you are cooking a large expensive joint of meat or a turkey. We also offer a range of Candy, Jam, Yeast, Beverage, Poultry and Fridge Thermometers.
