Sharpness Global's stainless steel is an extremely hard molybdenum/vanadium alloy that includes 18% chrome. This is the same material that is used in surgical scalpels developed in the medical instrument industry. Accordingly, it holds its sharp, razor-thin edge and is very easy to re-sharpen. After tempering, the knives are subjected to a sub-zero treatment (quenching) at -80 degrees Celsius in order to produce a more uniform metallic structure and secure an ultra-hard, tough edge.



Safety Global knives balance perfectly in the user's hand owing to the handle's well-thought-out shape and use of dots to prevent slippage. The integrated handle and blade arrangement is very hygienic, making it difficult for bacteria to get a foothold.
