The workhorse of kitchen knives – it has a strong, rigid blade and can be used for all sorts of tasks, including cutting and slicing all types of meats and vegetables. Its broad blade also makes it the ideal tool for chopping vegetables, especially as it keeps your knuckles clear of the blade. The oval handle with free hand movement allows the user to make the most of the knife’s many applications

These knives have been developed in collaboration with professional chefs and meet exacting requirements for the safe and flexible handling of raw ingredients. Without superfluous decoration or compromise in its design and manufacture – pure and clean-cut quality from blade to handle. The series consists of a range of knives each with their own special application, making it possible to always find just the right knife for any cutting, chopping or slicing. The blade is made from extremely strong molybdenum/ vanadium steel, which produces a sharp edge that is both durable and easy to maintain.
