The workhorse of kitchen knives – it has a strong, rigid blade and can be used for all sorts of tasks, including cutting and slicing all types of meats and vegetables.
Its broad blade also makes it the ideal tool for chopping vegetables, especially as it keeps your knuckles clear of the blade. The oval handle with free hand movement allows the user to make the most of the knife’s many applications
