The tiny razor like edges are created with a photo- etching process, not punched through the metal, so the blade neither tears nor shreds but gently shaves or grates foods. Cuisipro add a round to oval handle for comfort and a non-slip end for grating ease. Use it over a bowl or angled on a counter. We believe these are the best grater on the market today.
